由宁波均胜电子股份有限公司（“均胜电 子”）、太盟投资集团（一家总部位于亚洲的私人股权投资公司）以及先进制造产业投资基金 （“SDIC”）组成的财团通过向均胜电子的子公司 Key Safety Systems（简称“KSS”）共同注 资成功完成了对日本高田（“高田”）的全球资产收购。高田是一家全球领先的汽车安全系统 供应商，提供安全带、安全气囊，方向盘、儿童安全座椅以及其他汽车产品。此次收购不包括 与高田于硝酸铵（PSAN）安全气囊气体发生器召回方面相关的责任及其他责任或负债。 KSS 总部位于密歇根州的奥本山，是汽车安全系统的全球领先制造商。
合并后的公司将重新命名为均胜安全系统（www.joysonsafety.com），总部设于美国密歇根州 的奥本山。

早于 2017 年 11 月 21 日宣布的该收购协议取决于若干交割条件，目前所有这些条件都已得到 满足，其中包括多个国家的反垄断审批和破产法院批准。 KSS 现已成功收购了高田的所有资 产，除去与相稳定态硝酸铵（PSAN）安全气囊气体发生器的生产和销售相关的特定资产和负 债。
