2026년 3월 2일 — PAG는 Private Debt Investor (PDI)가 선정한 아시아 태평양 지역 ‘2025 올해의 부동산 대출 투자 운용사(Real Estate Debt Manager of the Year 2025)’에 이름을 올렸다. 

PDI에 따르면 PAG는 아시아 태평양 지역에서 가장 활발히 활동하는 부동산 대출 투자 운용사 가운데 하나로, 2025년 한 해 동안 30건 이상의 거래에 약 30억 달러를 투자했으며 20억 달러 규모의 투자 회수를 달성했다.

PAG의 다섯 번째 범아시아 직접 대출 펀드인 PAG Loan Fund V(“PAG LF V”)는 26억 달러의 출자 약정을 확보했다. Preqin에 따르면 이는 현재까지 아시아 태평양 지역에서 조성된 직접 대출 펀드 가운데 최대 규모다.

PAG는 또 PERE가 선정한 아시아 태평양 지역 ‘올해의 운용사(Firm of the Year)’와 ‘올해의 자금 조달(Capital Raise of the Year)’ 부문 2위에 올랐다. SCREP VIII 펀드는 총 40억 달러의 출자 약정을 확보하며 2025년 아시아 태평양 지역에서 조성된 최대 규모 부동산 펀드 중 하나로 꼽혔다.
