PERE honored PAG as the Asia Debt Firm of the Year and by Private Debt Investor for the Asia-Pacific Fundraise of the year in the publications' recent annual awards.

PAG picked up Debt Firm of the Year in Asia in the first year that PERE included the category in its annual awards, in recognition of PAG’s important real estate-backed lending business. For PDI, the Fundraising of the Year award recognized PAG’s PAG Loan Fund IV, which completed a final close in June of 2020, hitting its hard cap of US$1.5 billion.
